Designed for colour but will work on black and white devices.This is a stock inventory program designed for anyone who wants to track small amounts of stock, either at home or work. It can be used for any type of item from stationary to car parts. It takes the guesswork out of how many do I keep? by tracking the history over the last 12 months and automatically creating ordering levels. The history can be viewed quickly and graphically to show whether an item is increasing or declining in sales, therefore allowing you to adjust levels as required manually or reduce the price to sell quickly.Invoicing stock has been made quick and easy for the user so that stock can be altered there and then without having to make notes to refer to at a later date. This will then be recorded as a memo file for future use.Ordering is made easy by automatically checking stock levels against Min / Max levels and showing the appropriate requirements to order. Order / Receipts are stored as a memo allowing you to print or view on a desktop computer for future reference if required.Receipting again follows the same basic structure as ordering and allows you quickly and painlessly to receipt stock from your supplier while automatically adjusting stock levels.Every month the program will adjust the history and auto ordering amounts ensuring efficient stock levels.Reports can be viewed showing total costs of stock and various management reports showing Overstock, Increased Sales and Decreased Sales.Finally you can select Stock Check? which will allow you to pull records of a certain stock type ie envelopes? or from a particular stored location ie shelf 1? or a mixture of both. This will allow you to check the physical amounts of stock easily and quickly.
