- Pre-plan workouts: Plan your workouts ahead of time and hit the gym with a custom workout that you've created! Use our extensive database of techniques, or add your own techniques.
- Work with a Personal Trainer: The ability to receive custom workouts from your own Personal Trainer (or one of ours) and download them into your PDA. All workouts include video and recommendations for sets, reps and weight. You can then browse their workout while you are at the gym.
- Strength Training Diary: Record your workouts on your PDA, view & print reports from your desktop.
- Integrated Cardio/Running/Triathletic Diary: Enter and track all of your Cardio, Running and Triathletic workouts. View & print reports from your desktop.
- View Workout History on your Palm: Use as a reference while you workout. Find out what weight, sets and reps you used the last time you performed each technique.
- Query By Example searching: Use our advanced query by example screens to search our extensive database of techniques. Easy to use pull downs allow you to select just the fields you are interested. Hit the query button and a report is displayed listing all of the techniques that match your query. Print, browse, save or e-mail the report - the choice is yours!! Search by any combination of the following fields:

- Reports: View and print a collection of reports covering your workout history and equipment usage.
- Pre-plan workouts: Plan your workouts ahead of time and hit the gym with a custom workout that you've created! Use our extensive database of techniques, or add your own techniques.
- Add your own Techniques: Enter your own techniques into the master database and use when pre-planning your workouts. Your techniques will then be downloaded to your Palm with your pre-planned workouts.
- Export Data: Save your Cardio and Strength Training workout history data in a file (comma separated format) that can be imported into other applications, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
