DietChecks is a weight-management tool based on American Dietetic Association's food-exchanges, that can be used with any food-exchange program, including the Richard Simmons FoodMover. DietChecks Full Version comes with a database of 450+ foods with their corresponding checkbox exchange values (The TRIAL VERSION has only 63 foods). Look up your food in the database to see how many checks it will cost you. Check the appropriate boxes when you eat the food. When you've checked all your boxes, you're through eating for the day. Encourages balanced nutrition with its variety of food categories. Whether you should be eating 1200 Calories, 1400, 1600, 1800 or 2000 Calories, or if you are following doctor's orders, DietChecks is customizable to your dietary needs.**The following FEATURES are in the full version ONLY.** **1.
