About CanMortgage

CanMortgage is a stand-alone Canadian Mortgage payment calculator program and much more! CanMortgage will calculate the payment for a Canadian mortgage, balloon payment due for refinancing, early payoff amounts and interest saved, loan life for an alternate payment schedule, maximum affordable loan, and interest rate for a loan payment - all using Canadian-style calculations.

CanMortgage also allows you to save any calculation to the Palm memopad, including your own record identifier information! Navigation Buttons to jump between screens!

CanMortgage allows easy comparison of different mortgages to see what the effect is on the payment. What happens if the interest rate is higher? What if the amount of the loan is different? Just enter the changed amount(s) and tap the Calculate button again - the new payment is then shown for the new condition.

CanMortgage remembers the input data from the last calculation, even if the program has been exited in between. CanMortgage is an easy-to-use tool that takes the guesswork out of figuring payments when getting a Canadian mortgage!

Comes with a 14 day FULLY FUNCTIONAL evaluation period and displays an evaluation period countdown timer.
