About bodyADVANCE Desktop for Body for LIFE

This program follows the bodyADVANCE layout and adds features not available in the Palm OS environment. If you are doing Body for LIFE then you shouldget bodyADVANCE for your Palm OS PDA. If you are using bodyADVANCE then try this Desktop application to enhance your program and make planning and recording your workout and nutrition data even easier. All bodyADVANCE data can be edited with this Windows based application and then hotsync'd back to the Palm OS PDA.

Some of the features available are:
  • New Cycle function to create a customized beyondBFL cycle to your needs or use the predefined 'Body for LIFE' or 'reverse BFL'.

A demo of the Palm App bodyADVANCE for Palm OS and beyondBFL for Palm OS are also included.

The zip file contains the freeware, demo and registered versions. To register, first download the zip file by clicking the zip icon above, then click on the buy icon for registration instructions. When you install the program youcan select between registered and demo/freeware components. Only the registeredcomponenets require a registered serial number.
