A custom countdown timer with alarm suitable for timing from 5 minutes to 23 hours and 59 minutes in 5 minute intervals. Using the customisable predefined values, one button click is all that is required to set the timer. Alternatively use a custom time value. The timer works by placing an entry in the Palm Date Book, which means you can treat the entry like any other date book entry e.g. edit the description or include it in a search. It also has the benefit of working if you switch off your Palm. Use it for timing a pizza in the oven, or waiting for your beers to chill.
