About Earth&Sun Color

Earth&Sun Color is a color version of Earth&Sun. It runs on color handhelds with Palm OS 3.5and greater.
For monochrome handhelds use Earth&Sun available on this website.The Earth&Sun program shows the Sun Illuminated area of the Earth with 1X, 2X and 4X maps of the earth. It also displays:

• The latitude and longitude of an Earth location.
• The time zone at that location, based on only longitude not civil boundaries.
• The current time at that location based on the above time zone.
• The sunrise and sunset times, and day length at that location.
• Distance between two locations on the earth surface.

Earth&Sun Color can also be a real time clock on the handhelds which can run in their charging cradle.It allows the Reference Information to be imported from the GeoDB geographic database,and it accepts 1/2 hour time offsets from Greenwich.
