VersaMail''s easy account setup wizard will get your mail accounts configured in a flash. The intuitive design will make you a power user in no time.

Automated.
VersaMail 2.7 will poll for new mail messages on a schedule you specify, from every 15 minutes to once a day, just on weekdays, only on Tuesdays, between 9am and 5pm. The flexibility is yours. When there is new mail in an account, VersaMail will automatically download it to your handheld and notify you with a sound, a blink, or vibration.

Super Sync.
VersaMail syncs IMAP folders wirelessly---so can you take your mail with you when you are on the go. Windows PC users can sync IMAP, Exchange, and Domino mail folders you specify on the desktop. Sync mail with Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Exchange, Lotus Notes, Domino, or Eudora.

Read rich-text messages.
You are no longer limited to reading messages on your handheld in boring black and white with no formatting. If someone sends you an HTML message, VersaMail will retain some of the basic formatting: colors, different sized fonts, bold, underlining, italics, and bullets. You will not be looking at all of your SPAM mail in its full glory, but you will be able to experience the color and formatting you are most likely to receive in a message from a friend or co-worker

Seamless attachment support.
VersaMail renders plain text views of MS Word and HTML files. Use DataViz Documents to Go to view native Word and Excel attachments. View calendar entries, to dos, and memos and install Palm applications to your handheld. VersaMail passes other attachment types to other applications on your handheld for rendering. For example, VersaMail will pass HTML to web browsers that support it, and jpg files to your favorite photo application. And when there are multiple applications on your device that are able to view a single attachment,for example, both your web browser and your picture software will probably support viewing JPG files--you can choose which application you would like to open the file with. ICalendar attachment support has been added. ZIP files you receive will be unzipped, for access to the important attachments contained inside. SD card support has been improved to allow access to subfolders located on a card.
