HangFlash 3.3 is a full-featured fun tool that can help you build a powerful vocabulary. Use FlashCard or play Hangman to learn words of any subject in English, Spanish, French, German, or any other language that uses the Latin character set. FlashCard mode allows you to see the word and guess the definition, whereas Hangman allows you to see the definition and guess the word.Features:1. In FlashCard mode, you may shuffle cards or review cards in alphabetic order. AutoFlip feature allows you to flip FlashCards automatically at a custom time interval from 1 to 999 seconds. There are three choices of card back designs to cheer your spirits while you learn.2. In Hangman, you may tap the "Show" button to see the word answer (without playing a game) to speed up learning. You may choose "Who To Hang", giving you a choice of 5, 6, or 7 guesses for each game. You have the option to show or hide word definition as a hint.3. In Edit view, you may enter and edit words directly on the Palm. Alternatively, you may build custom databases on a PC, then install it for use with HangFlash. Full-version comes with an English database with close to 6000 GRE (Graduate Record Examination) vocabulary words. Use the Note field for pronunciations, example sentences, or other comments.4. You may install an unlimited number of word databases, up to the memory capacity of your Palm or expansion card. Each database can hold 16,000 words (records). You may organize words by building separate databases for words belonging to different subjects, such as English, Spanish, Chemistry, Music, Law etc.5. Within each database, you may create an unlimited number of custom word lists. Lists allow you to organize related words into subgroups within a database. A separate Hangman score is saved for each list to give you feedback on your learning.6. You may store databases on an expansion card to free up memory space on your Palm.7. You may use system Global Find to search for a word within all fields of HangFlash databases, whether stored on the Palm or on an expansion card.8. Compatible with any Palm device running PalmOS 3.5 or above.
