You can also view your image on palm respective to your measurement selected at desktop side.Start Exercise form is very useful when you are working out. This form provides information like - Which exercises you planned to perform? Which set is going on? and lot of stuff. It has rest period alarming facility which can be operated with hard buttons also. MyBFL also provided Graphical Comparision capability.Daily Meal form helps to manage meal to be taken eveyday. It also has information like Proteins, Carbs,Calories and Fats. It also provides meal time alarm. With MyBFL Home, You can jump on any Daily Activity form, like Daily Exericse, Daily Meal, Measurements or Start Exercise. And, From MyBFL Setup form, You can jump on Exercise, Meal & Supplement, Users & Goals or Weights form.Generate reports, at desktop end, as similar to original reports of Body-for-LIFE. We also provided reports like - Photo Album which are not present in Body for LIFE book but they will help you a lot.
