About WorkWeek

  • Keeps track of your paycheck, work schedule, deductions, and hours.
  • Excludes selected breaks and lunch time.If there is overtime, it’s calculated separately and included in the total.
  • Overtime is calculated on your selection of 8 hours a day or over 40 hours a week.
  • Holds name, date, starting time, ending time, numerous deduction fields, break/lunch minutes, regular and overtime hours, overtime rate, period, and note.
  • There are two list screens; one to show hours and one for amount/pay for each person and each period (optional). Filtering can be done by name and/or period.
  • Calculates the total for the day, week, person, or the whole schedule.
  • This is great for employees who have changing work schedules. It’s also great for employers who want to view the whole schedule on their Palm PDA. There’s no need to pass out schedules; beam it.
  • Includes two free utilities. The first imports and exports data to/from your PC. The second allows you to view and print the data on your PC.

    1.1 compatible with newer PDAs and Palm OS5, color enhanced, includes report template.
    2.0 major cosmetic improvements like color button icons, further newer PalmOS /PDA compatibility, automatically calculates hours (without tapping on the field) and overtime hours at a different rate, deductions, overtime tracking, option to subtract minutes for break or lunch, list screen can be filtered by name and/or period.
    2.1 fixed pull-down menu problem in the List Hours screen with Palm OS 5 and newer PDA.
    2.2 List Hours screen now has a selection ?all? in the drop-down selection boxes, to correctly calculate overtime, there’s now a selection for over 8 hours a day or 40 hours a week.
